So he built the brand he wished he'd had. Every batch of PWO is independently tested for banned substances before it ships. It doesn't make any supplement risk-free, but it's the best check there is.

Can drug-tested athletes take PWO?

Every batch is HASTA certified, which means it is independently tested for substances banned in sport. Testing lowers the risk, but no supplement can be guaranteed risk-free. Check the batch number on your tub in the free Sport Integrity app, and always check with your club or sport before taking anything new.

Who shouldn't take PWO?

PWO is not suitable for children under 15 or pregnant women, and isn't recommended if you're sensitive to caffeine. The label advises use under medical or dietetic supervision. For younger players, food comes first. If a doctor or dietitian recommends a supplement, choose one that's batch-tested, and read the free parents' guide.

How much caffeine is in it?

250 mg in a full serve (2 scoops) or 125 mg in a half serve (1 scoop). No more than 1 serve a day.
