We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia. For orders under $150, a standard shipping rate applies, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link. Click the link to follow your parcel’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will sort out a replacement or refund immediately. Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" on opened nutritional products.

While we pack everything securely, sometimes things get rough in transit. If your product arrives damaged or the seal is broken, please do not consume it. Take a photo of the damage and email it to our support team right away so we can file a claim with the courier and send you a fresh replacement.
