Can drug-tested athletes take it?
Every batch is HASTA certified, which means it is independently tested for substances banned in sport. Testing lowers the risk, but no supplement can be guaranteed risk-free. Check the batch number on your tub in the free Sport Integrity app, and always check with your club or sport before taking anything new.
How much creatine is in a scoop?
Each 5 g scoop has 3 g of creatine monohydrate and 2 g of guanidinoacetic acid (GAA). There are 42 scoops in a tub.
Is it flavoured?
No. It's unflavoured, with no sweeteners or sugar, so you can add it to water or your protein shake.
Who shouldn't take it?
The label says it's not suitable for children under 15 or pregnant women, should be used under medical or dietetic supervision, and isn't a sole source of nutrition. Use it alongside a nutritious diet. For younger players, food comes first. Talk to a doctor or sports dietitian before taking any supplement.
